This book teaches us in a friendly, entertaining way how to consciously grateful, mindful and has a positive impact on those around us. Shawn has done all of us a huge favor by writing The Happiness Advantage. He reveals that happiness propels success not the other way around. The more you increase your happiness the more successful you will become. Shawn cites hundreds of studies and experiments to support his assertions. What is most powerful and helpful is that Shawn explains what you can do to positively affect your own level of happiness. He explains specific activities and habits that a person can engage in that boosts a person’s level of happiness.

The book is perfect as a three-act drama. At the same time, the book provides a wealth of information on how to improve your professional and personal life. This is such a great read. For anybody who is looking to increase their happiness and overall success and/or cultivate a more positive mindset, we highly recommend this book. The principles are sound and backed by science yet easy to read, understand and apply. Also, the author has a fun, witty, comical way about him.
